Facilitator choice and management

The job of the facilitator is to hold all the activities within a Lab together and provide a consistent face for participants. They will be ‘the face of Crucible’ for at least the Lab they are involved in. The facilitator's needs across Labs do differ but it always needs to be someone with experience and with the confidence to lead proceedings and keep them moving on with energy.
